WORKOUT SCHEDULE

Here we go guys. THis is where I am going to post the workout I will be doing for certain days.

Monday (upper body workout)

1. Full Body Stretching
2. 5 laps around the track as fast as possible
3. 2 sets of stairs
      - 1st set: skip one stair, go as fast as possible
      - 2nd set: skip every two stairs
      - Then hop up the stairs, then Kareoga (?) up the stairs
DO THAT TWICE

Alright that ^ was just the Pre Workout

1. Warm up push-ups to get muscles warm and ready
2. Bench set 10, then 8 then 6
3. Cable cross-over: more than 3 sets of 10
4. Chest flys: set of 8, 8 then 6
5. Shrugs 2x25
6. One armed row, 3x16 (8 on each arms)
7. Back Flys 2x8
8. Bicep Curls 3x8
9. Curl Bar 3x8
10. Three sets of 30 pushups, each set at a different angle.
      Three ab workouts of my choosing 3x25
